I mean I'm not in, you know I didn't turn into you know a little fitness guru. I, I'm walking, I'm doing something as simple as that. I take the stairs when there's an elevator involved, I run up and down the stairs, I walk when I can do my errands. Whenever I can walk I do that, and something as simple as walking, that's considered exercise. It's good cardiovascular. I roller-skate, so things are fun. You know I swim. I mean something that you don't consider exercise but just actually being active and moving will help you out. I'm more flexible, more agile, and just definitely have more strength.
